The Northside-Southside Study is sponsored by East-West Gateway Council of Governments in partnership with the City of St. Louis and the City of St. Louis Office of the Treasurer.

The study team also works with agency representatives and community leaders to help forward study information; inform the study team of public sentiment and policy issues and concerns; and give input on key design and study components.

Advisory Committees

Technical Advisory Committee

The Technical Advisory Committee works with the study team to inform technical analysis, engineering work, public engagement opportunities, and agency coordination. It includes representatives from the following agencies:

Advisory Committee

The Advisory Committee works with the study team on agency and initiative coordination; policy issues; economic development and land use policies; community engagement; funding opportunities and other important issues that are part of designing, funding, and planning for light rail investment in St. Louis. The Advisory Committee includes members from the following agencies:
